$500 for spacers seems very steep...

spacers range between 115-135USD/pair from FT86 speed factory. Do you just need a spacer up front? I would assume so, +38 will fit in the rear no problem, should fit in the front too if you are running the right tire...you have a 1" drop

LOL You would get an S5. Edit! Did you take that photo with your S5? It is conspicuously widescreen!

Save yourself the pain, get a HTC One (m8).

Did I mention how my cam plate was leaking? Fun fact. Your new one looks saxy

LOL, No took the shot with my Note 3. The HTC is nice, but I've always been partial to the Galaxy phones

Yeah a lot guys have leaking issues with their cars sitting over the winter I have seen. Mine is all good, just wanted to have one on hand if it ever does start acting up

So what is necessary for the tune, just looking around and i'm not sure what a license and the cable are and if they are necessary, also would it be wise to buy aftermarket intake with the tune?

Aftermarket intakes are all for show and sound, none make enough power to make their cost worth it over something like a good quality filter (which I still have my K&N one :p sitting in a box in my trunk!)

Tunes, all depends which company you go with. I went with ECUtek. which was great because it is the better path if you should go FI in the future.

I would checkout the ECU software/flashing section and see what you can pick up there. There are free , open source roms for ECUtek now, same with the OFT tablet (JP can speak to this)

I do no suggest unichip.

That does not make much sense. The back should be on the front? are they square with different offsets or what? I thought they were 18x9.5 et 38 squared, so it should not matter which one is front or back?
