Are you worried about powder coating and the possibility of degrading the quality of the rim because of the heat baking?

Not really worried about the structural integrity, I would probably think twice about powder coating light weight track wheels or very thin spoked wheels. But then again I am "all show no go"

I've tracked numerous sets of powder coated wheels with no issues.

Never tracked a set of rotas though.
