I made sure bleeders were closed and sealed and brake line port was plugged. Used hot water, dawn and a harsher pad to clean then used mild heated dry on the drying rack. Next year if I keep the kit its going to essex for ultrasonic cleaning.

Battery life, stability (never froze once in 100s of hours), image stabilization, low light performance and sound is far superior. I just got the new one with the 50Mb capture ability going to test this weekend.
I had 3 GoPros for over a year very very frustrating to lose footage, or have the cam freeze all the time and battery life was very bad in the heat. I can get 2.5 hours solid off the Sonys no matter what. With an external juice hookup to the new one I can get 6 hours power and 5.5 hours video on a 64GB card at 1080 60p. You do lose a bit in image quality to GoPro black in "raw" mode but the other things I mentioned for car stuff the Sony is better, hence why I switched over to them exclusively.

Because not a sheep. I have been saying for years that the GoPro is an overpriced overhyped camera but much like the iPhone, everyone has to have one.

Try CL pads with the AP sprint kit. The Ferodo DS2500 wore terribly making wavy screaming rotors with heat cracking. CL work beautifully. I ended up using the RC5+ as street pads (quiet) and RC6 for track.

I use a cheap $75 Aiptek (popular with Porsche guys) with a $20 wide angle lens JB welded on the front. I can get a battery and charger from China for under $20 with a wall and cigarette adapter plus you can charge it through USB on the camera. Works great on my roll bar mount.

GINGERMAN AUDIO AND VIDEO TRACK TESTING
[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGcv6SKj858"]Vortech FR-S Track Testing | Audio and Video Testing - YouTube[/ame] As we get ready to actually start driving the cars this year wanted to get feedback on the audio, video and in car editing. Our focus was trying to get angles, exposure and sound dialed in. So this was our test. BRAKES New alignment and finally getting to test the Counterspace Garage supplied Project Mu 999. They worked amazing, very happy with them compared to the DS2500 and DS Uno. They had great initial bite, very strong braking however had some issues with straight line stability under heavy braking, car started to squirm more than with the Ferodos. But overall best track pads I have run so far and even dusting was not crazy. OHLINS SUSPENSION We ran 4 clicks front and 7 rear in the end. Impressions of the kit is that its a perfect street/track combo. However if you are looking for more track oriented setup you will probably want to go for higher rate springs or a straight up track coilover setup. But the fact that these can go fairly firm on track and then very soft on street makes it a real world usable setup. But as we keep saying make a car track and street friendly is very hard. I completely agree on the notion that modifying becomes tiresome. I did all of my work over 4 months of winter only to be greeted with tiny little niggles and noises that I wasn't expecting. On top of that, I also have a small stack of "extra" parts, or parts that I replaced before ever putting any major use on them.

Enjoyed the last video for sure great job.
Curious on a question now having watched this last one. Is there one or a few major mods that you 100% have zero regret in and feel that the specific one or two mods were worth it? Regardless of what people might say I always appreciate when people can be themselves and speak exactly what they feel. Far too many folks won't say shit cause they feel need to justify what they've bought or done etc and that to me is more irritating honestly.

Biggest pay off but biggest risks at the same time and most difficult to reverse. The most frustrating part is the lack of tuners locally and the climate. If I want to add a header for example, who is going to tune for it? Basically any change I make at this point requires a tuner and dyno locally. So I am stuck with the current setup unless I ship the car or pay someone to come to me. Regret Level: Vortech: 60% Regret (Complexity) Perrin Exhaust: 40% Regret Oil Cooler: 80% Regret (But required for track) AP Brakes: 40% Regret Radium Cans: 0% Regret RS3 Tires: 30% Regret (Horrible Road Noise) Lathewerks Shift Knob: 0% Regret JPM Pieces: 10% Regret (Pointless but, my few aesthetic mods) Radium Brace: 10% (May make pedal too firm with AP brakes) Ohlins: 20% (Expensive, worried about rebuilds) Euro HIDs: 10% (Brighter but still need new optics) RPF1 Wheels: 40% (Not pretty, needed for brakes) My favorite mods are those with low risk and not a big investment.
