(This was the behavior of my car on Bill's N/A Stage 2 Flex Fuel tune) - with the supercharger though it's constantly bouncing around from around .3 to .9 and back. Always seems to fall when going from part throttle low RPM to mid/full throttle giving a high load - betting the tune is just slightly too aggressive with timing in that one area of the map - upper RPM on full load/light load I haven't seen a drop, and haven't seen a drop on low rpm/low load either. <shrugs> Hopefully Bill gets all moved in soon and back with us!
I'm sure he is working on it - I know there are plenty of people logging and submitting them to him, probably more than he would like to see

Is anyone having these IAM issues or hesitation issues on 8.52, or just 51? I just loaded in 52 last night, first drive was today. I'm on a flex fuel map though so things could be different.
I had the AM drop to .88 once on 8.52. I am running e85 map with 75mm pulley intercooled.

A lot of 75mm pulley users here I see, any reason people haven't upgraded?

I have a raceseng 70mm pulley that I'm going to install soon. I just installed my intercooler this week so I wanted to make sure I didnt have any issues with that first before changing pulleys.

makes sense. I had gone from 75-70 non intercooled, then went intercooled.

70mm/intercooled feels fantastic. Really can't wait to try out e85. I was going to fill up yesterday on it but I know I won't go back to 93 after so I wanted to drive on that for a few days

I have only run e85 with the supercharger installed. We have shitty 91 in Vegas so I doubt ill go back to pump gas unless im going out of town. So far no issues with the intercooler install (knock on wood) so I'm tempted to throw the 70mm pulley on now.

Yeah I can understand and would do the same if I only had to choose from 91 or e85, but since I have 93 it makes it a little harder. Not only that, but I wanted to feel the difference between the two on his map, and also I only have one station in my area with it (But I pass it everyday) so I know there will be times when I have to run 93, so might as well see how it is first haha.

Seems that once the drop happens on the AM, you have to drive the car pretty hard (3500 RPM+) with a higher engine load to get it to creep back up. I have been logging and I'll watch it go from .93 down to as low as .3, before slowly crawling back up to around .93 - just to have it have another event during normal stop and go traffic driving and fall all over.

@DeliciousTuning
Have you tried different brand of fuel or reset your ECU after a re flash? Check if that makes a difference to your AM

Yup I've tried both - doesn't change the behavior. Just for fun I took one of the longer logs I have to map rpm, load, and knock learning correction - there's a point between 2500 - 3500 rpm that shows a bunch of negative correction ( up to around 2 degrees in some cases). I checked around 4 different logs I have, both 93 and mixes of e85 - all show around the same thing.

That's disappointing to hear I thought delicious had that issue taken care of, are you using the carb tune? Possibly is mechanical/electrical a weak coil pack, have you checked your plugs?

Not the carb tune - I have the 8.52 flex fuel tune. Haven't checked the plugs however I'm inclined to believe its not that, based on the fact that I have an alternate tune from moto-mike as well that doesn't show the same issue at all. From the descriptions here its just more of the same hesitation issue some others have seen as well. Hoping that 8.54 resolves the problem.

Okay, I'm ready to purchase my tune from @DeliciousTuning. I've sent them a PM asking a few questions but thought I'd post here as well to see what the poeple running the kit would recommend as well. I know all I have to do is reflash my ECU and everything will work well. What I'm wanting to know is, should I purchase anything else to make things run more efficiently? I have the money for the moment to make the purchases now and would rather do it now rather than adding one piece at a time over time until it is "done". For example, should I get a wideband o2? I've read that it gives a more accurate reading for data logging, but most tunes don't use the reading off the o2 to make changes. Refer to this thread - http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62784

Or should I get a different MAP sensor? I know there was an issue before with using different aftermarket MAP sensors, but I read that Bill@Delicious would be offering a better one.

EDIT**

BTW those are just 2 exapmles of what one "might" do. I'm open to all suggestions.

My mods if it matters include:

Innovate Stg2
Nameless header
Nameless 3" headerback exhaust
Raceseng 70mm pulley
Running 93 OCT

Wideband o2 would be good information wise - but you are right the off the shelf tune doesn't use it. I know Bill recommends the stock MAP sensor, I only heard about the 1.65 in passing not sure if anyone is using it or not. Fwiw I was using a 4bar to start off with and I had problems - going back to the stocker fixed those. I plan on wiring up an o2 a bit later this year - just need the funds for the p3 gauge
