They probably aren't. All Scion pictures of the rear lights look dark.

(6 months later)

-Fuck your 10 Series, we came out with a better alternative with the same options and more, in every color already available called the Monogram Series!

(2 months later)

-That Monogram Series is old news and isn't special, so here, take this special edition yellow color, with a few TRD add ons, with literally everything you get on the Monogram! Are you pissed yet? Well if you aren't, you probably will be when we release the 2015 that has a turbo (lol jk, we don't want a fucking turbo)

*With all of these, you get great appearance upgrades for a lot more money, but no one wants more power, so you don't get any!!! Isn't it fucking great???
You joke, but they will still sell every one of them. The 13 will turn out to be the "greatest generation" after all. "Dual Zone" climate control in a car this small is still funny as hell.

So now that they have done yellow as a special edition, when are they going to do green? There aren't nearly enough green cars out there.

It's got a Sport Mode button. I wonder if you can only get it in AT?

Dang, Scion is going to run out of cool names and body kits to run on this car in a couple years with all the "special" editions coming out. Not going to lie. It makes me happy that I didn't wait. I really didn't miss anything much. I can do it all aftermarket and cheaper.

I do like the yellow color, not the body kit.

I noticed this as well, the car in the picture is an Automatic.

I like the color and bodykit, personally.

The Scion identity crisis continues.

Glad there's another interesting color out there besides the Hot Lava, my personal opinions aside it's not like this hurts future Toyobaru's.

At first I liked it because it appeared to be a legitimate special edition (TRD), not a car equiped with parts that had otherwise just been held back from our US spec cars but stock everywhere else. Then I realized they screwed us again by holding back parts that other markets get included in the the TRD package (brakes, wheels, seats). They just rebrand it as an RS instead of marketing it as an incomplete TRD.

I just don't see the reason behind it, to keep down the cost? No point, since dealers will mark it up anyways.

is it safe to assume the parts coming installed on this model will be available for purchase separately?
