So you wired to both the head light and the turn signals?
I was thinking about only doing the turn signals to the side marker, basically extending the circuit

Ok, so I don't remember the exact color combinations, but black will go to black. The white should go to the other wire that is with the black (it will power the white LED for the sidemarker). And the extra wire (yellow) is the turn signal, and should be tapped into the power of your signal in the housing below. I hope this all makes sense.

Yep, someone hit my car.




Thankfully for my dash cam I got it all on video

So yesterday someone backed into my car while it was parked at work (and left the scene). I was able to view the footage from my dashcam (which is always running) and discovered the driver who backed into my car. Based on the dashcam footage alone (in high def), I had his license plate number, where he bought the car (based on the license plate frame), car color/make/model, a description of the person, and the time of day. I called the local police and they visited me for questioning.

Anyway, the guy claimed he thought he hid the curb and stuck to his story, so I decided not to pursue a warrant for hit and run (I wouldn't get much out of it anyway) - but I do have his information from the police report. So tomorrow I'll visit a few body shops and get a few estimates, then I'll give him a call and let him know I'll be contacting my insurance, who will be contacting him and his insurance company.

Where I got mine! Great deal and if you get tires from them as well they will mount and balance them for you. Make sure you do some research and see if you can find a coupon. I'll see if I can find the one I used.
