Doooo it!!! If you're already decked out on STI parts, it's a no brainer IMO. These parts were meant to be on this car.

Honestly I recommend doing the flexible tower bar first and then the springs. I didn't like the handling with the springs installed first, just me.

I did pink springs (more rotation) -> flexible tower bar (quicker turn-in) -> flexible draw stiffener (corners on rails) -> will get the pillowball trailing and lateral link kits installed next week (the catalog says this provides more rear end grip on uneven surfaces, I've already spent $60 bucks on non-reusable nuts and bolts at Subaru ugh).

Every part seems to change the steering response a little bit.

I think the next route is to get all of the hard rubber mounts and bushings but I can't imagine the labor costs.

How about the road quality after installing the flexible draw stiffener?

Did they still keep same comfortable as the stock or become quite
harsh(stiff)?
Thanks.

Most of those bushings (engine, trans, tophats, etc.) Are easy to do yourself.

I replaced EVERY bushing and suspension component on my Impreza and the only ones that required outside assistance were the control arm bushings that had to be pressed out/in. Just take those to a local machine shop and they do it for a few bucks.

The car feels the same straight line. The only difference is when you corner it feels like the car is sucked into the ground a bit, subtle yet noticeable.

None of the STI parts so far have made the ride any harsher, if anything I think they smoothed out the ride actually believe it or not.

I've translated a Japanese car journal before where the owner bought all the STI handling parts for the BRZ, in order of noticeable change from most to minor: flexible tower bar -> flexible draw stiffener -> pillowball lateral and trailing links. They all would supposedly quicken the steering response a bit even with the pillowball equipped links.

are you on stock height in the second photo? btw, i applaud your choice, i've never seen photos of the gunmetal wheels and they look stunning on SSM!

Yup, stock height for now. IMO, the wheel gap isn't even that bad. Thank you, I've always fancied gunmetal wheels on silver cars.
