For human weight loss?

No. Cannot be familiar with something that does not exist. You'll find no shortage of humans singing the praises of snake oil, sellers and users alike. Just because the sellers say their pills help weight loss, does not make it so.

Some may employ diuretics which will fool the uninformed initially, but cannot work for long. Water loss does not equate to adipose tissue loss.

Only one answer, unfortunately: net caloric deficit. Struggle though one may, there's no avoiding Mother Nature's only answer. Day by day, month in and month out, until you get it done. Hardest damn thing in the world to do. The "recidivism" rate is discouragingly high ... said to be around 95%!

so i finally thought about it, and i figured out why they put hubcaps on police cars. so they can dramatically come off during a chase.

you'd think the police departments would realize how much money they lose, and just switch to actual wheels...

Gawd that sounds awful. I was doing 1600 calories a day before but I wasn't really getting proper nutrition and ended up converting my protein into fats.

Now I'm trying to get back into it.

I do agree that most of these snake-oil-like products you mention are also not FDA approved. lol

Side note though... I can't get the leg curl machine to work for me that well... I always end up working on my calves. Maybe because no matter how short I adjust it... I'm still too short for that machine. :<

ug. headache kicking my ass. had an allergic reaction to ashe's cats (atleast that's what appeared to be the cause, can't say for certain without it happening more). from that, i have a bad freaking headache.

also, bought a 3DS, and they didn't sell it with an SD card, and I can't find anything that has one. go figure
