After the Marines I went to ASU and got my Electrical Engineering degree (BS) with my Master's due this May. I work for a company called Power-One, now bought by a big Swiss giant ABB. I manage a group of 10 Engineers that designs inverters for solar arrays. Everything from residential roof tops to commercial buildings as well as the massive 500 MW sites outside of Gila Bend and in California that are the biggest in the world. Anyways the thing is our Engineering counter parts that handle the European market are out of a town just south of Florence Italy so we make sure to stay close and visit them every couple of months : )

In CA near Blythe? We're actually doing the gen-tie transmission line designs (structural) for two projects in that area!

So how do you like those lifts? I have the Kwik Lift and while I like it I hate that its heavy as hell and huge. I actually put it up for sale because I was thinking about grabbing a lift like that and there is one here locally for sale.

On another note maybe my eye's are playing tricks on me but where is your rear sway bar in that picture?

I have heard of that! We just finished the Genesis project and are currently working on Blythe/McCoy. Small world!

Oh nice! Thanks for sharing! I love hearing about what people are doing. I made the mistake of thinking I didn't need college. 10 years later, I'm 28 and still working on my damn AA. I'll likely take this new schedule (I work 13 hr days Sat-Monday) and use the time off work to pick up an internship if I can in a better industry. I want to be able to better provide for my fiance and her(our) 6 year old son.

Keep living the dream, man. the pics are amazing.

I went AS first as well at MCC then transferred to ASU. Going through it was hell especially with two kids. I have a 3 year old and 1 year old now. It will pay off for the rest of my life though and I encourage anyone and everyone to go to school even if it will cause quite a few years of being stressed and miserable : )

NP just started the batch with my fp/op order. Means I should be getting it in a week or so .

Going to need a tech day in a few weeks to get it installed. Might as well do the trans fluid swap then too while I'm at it.

On phone I am. Therefore, if mistakes I make, Frank Oz blame you should.
