Welcome Bailey. I had an '06 S2K. Loved the car for what it was, but its intensity was similar to that of my MazdaSpeed Miatas.

I sold it shortly before taking delivery of my BRZ in January of last year. Handling is great and it's FAR more comfortable for runs longer than a few miles. Plenty of smiles per mile!

I just got my 2014 BRZ Premium in SWP. I've only driven it about 60 miles so far but I love it! I sold an 05 Accent, 06 Civic, and 92 turbo'd Miata in the past month to get this.

I got my 2014 BRZ Limited in Lightning Red at the end of January, and aside from giving some detailing advice, I've mostly been lurking the forum. It's about time I said 'hi'! The BRZ replaced my 2002 VW GTI 337 Edition.

I finally found a set of 2008 Forester XT Sports (Forester STI) wheels a few weeks ago. They were just recently refinished, powdercoated, and installed. I plan on having a practical (as possible) daily driver as well as a balanced car to run in C-Street autocross.

Hello all. I just got my CBS Limited and I freaking LOVE it!

I have had this car for less than 24 hours and here are some observations:

1. Driving down Spicewood Springs road yesterday, a guy in front of me in a 550i sees me and starts turning his wheels like he's warming up the tires while the cars ahead start to pile up and slow us all down. At the turn, he floors it and peels out. I had the biggest smile on my face!

2. I was on the patio last night and two girls walk by. One says "Ooh look at that. I like that car. It's cute."

3. At a convenient store this morning this guy taps on my window and proceeds to tell me that he needs one of these like he needs a hole in his head. I laughed.

I too have had people think that the car is an "exotic". No challenges for a drag race, but some ricers have tried to keep up with me in the turns.
Watch out ... "cute car" comments by girls happen in Miatas as well. The ignorant could classify the twins as "girly cars"! When in the Miata, I merely offer the ignorant an "enthusiastic" ride. That inevitably shuts them up. The BRZ presents the same opportunities.
He DOES need holes in his head ... to hear, see, breathe, and eat! As for me, I "need" this car to have fun in the twisties.

Yeah, you'll get looks all the time, some idiots in cars that have no chance will try to race you, on the way back to work from picking mine up some douchetard in a late 90's "bubble" Taurus wagon wanted to try to drag race me, long story short, next light 1/2 mi. l8r he comes to stop next to me w/ smoke rolling out from under the engine bay n I wasn't even trying lol, and YES Haters are ALWAYS gonna hate LMAO.
