Im looking for a place roughly 400k that is basically out in FG, Banks, or North Plains. Idc if its new, I just prefer a modern style. 3 car garage and or shop area is a must and room to add a new shop would be even better.

People would hate us. My neighbors already complain to our HOA about my car in the morning. 530am is pretty brutal to start it up.... Just wait til I put on headers or the AVO.

I say FG if you want a bedroom community.
Banks if you want lots of space and are ok with going through the slow ass town.
North Plains if you want space with quick access to the highway and being closer to the PDX.

I spotted a blue FRS with vet plates today at PCC.

Blue SCION on Honoapiilani Hwy parked at the Panda Express. Oops, this is not in Portland, it's in Maui. Lol. Very rare sightings over here. Only 1 in a whole week traveling all over the island.
