I wouldn't say buy one , but definitely drive one around for an extended period of time. Like go borrow a friend's or something. My best friend has a GD sti and let's me drive it from time to time and vice versa and while I love the wrx/sti cars I just couldn't get myself to like awd as much as I thought I would which influenced me to buy a fr-s. But different folks different strokes, if I had kids or what not I'd trade the fr-s in for a older sti because while it's not the same kind of fun it is fun in it's own quirky way.

I want to see if there's someone that sells black replacements for all the silver interior trim, but I'm too lazy to do that thorough of a search. That mod forum is too overcrowded.

Yeah, I unlazied myself and have been sifting through it. Now I'm just debating only buying the buttons and seeing about having the other pieces painted. But I'm not sure which way is cheaper. I'll have to ask my mom's cousin if he knows a shop that does interior work, or if his shop does. I have some other ideas I need to see about as well.

I don't know what she was doing, talking to a friend intently? She was like that for a long time too. I couldn't help but wonder if she knew how many people had to be staring at her ass.

my opinion is to wait for a new sti to come out with some form of the fa motor , and while yes that involves some waiting you can simply view it as giving yourself time to save up for a nice downpayment on the car.
Thanks for the advice. I've been hearing the same from another friend if mine. to just wait it out and see what else Subaru is going to offer.

gotta admit, i'm seriously considering the rear mounted turbo option. don't have to mess with cooling at all, and the engine can stay as it is.

Meh, response is terrible and your underbody gets cluttered with piping. It's honestly way more hassle and money than most people think it is and the gains are kinda miserable, especially when compared to a similar cost turbo system that is mounted by the engine.

Also, aren't you supercharged?
