Front end looks like Fusion on steroids and had never been a fan of that nostalgic rear end. Do LOVE the v8 sound though

Hardly any vehicle specs have been announced yet. The Ecoboost will the lightest all three engines. Still going to be a boat but honestly it won't be as bad as the GM or Dodge muscle cars

The M3 MSRP was about $55k just a few years ago, the M4 will be $64k. Plus BMW already had a much larger profit margin than Ford.

I suspect this thing will still hang with an M3/M4 around a road course. The 2011 Mustang 5.0 already ran very similar lap times with Randy Pobst behind the wheel, and that was with the solid rear axle.
However you slice it, still a lot of car for the money. |

I'd take an E92 M3 over a Mustang any day
The competition package E92's with the 7-spd DCT transmission is one of the best driver cars out there IMO But the Coyote motor makes solid #'s with bolt on's and a few mods. IRS is going to be big for that car Nick C.

^ Having driven a Boss302 around the track I would say the Mustang will shock a lot of people in how good it is
damn didn't know it saw such a price jump as well but it deff got bigger and lighter

I'm on 7 Mustang forums...trust me, you'd be amazed how many people think that a stock 5.0 is a better car than an M3 because of that magazine comparison

A thousand times yes. People on the internet get WAY too wrapped up in specs and with "numbers cars". Anyone who's actually driven both can almost instantly tell why one is worth way more than the other.
The reason is refinement, the BMW has it, the Ford has much less of it.

I've been wanting to push a Boss 302 on the track, just haven't had the opportunity. How would you say the handling compared with the FR-S or S2000?
