Wonder if it's fuel related as our 95 RON is worse than your 91. Car is but flying on 103

I'm running 93 octane from Texas, which is very good fuel

Just checked my logs AM ave around .89 to .92 and in most cases .89 in the 4000 to 5000 rpm range.
I also note the MAF readings I'm hitting 202gs wot in 3rd gear pull which is the highest I've got so far on Bills tunes. |

I don't see any harm in it - we are all owners, and are discussing things directly related to our setups.
This thread is seen more than any other so if anything its a good thing that its placed in here. its like an info dump for everyone. |

Maybe if I ever get mine I can contribute Only thing thats a PITA with this kit is the tune. Wish sometimes I would have just gotten a damn turbo kit, went and got dyno tuned, and be done with it. I've been through 3 tuners, 2 dyno sessions, multiple revisions, sent multiple logs. I just want to drive my damn car

Have you considered using the Delicious carb tune? It has a great rep. That's my plan when I get this kit once warranty is over. I did have a question, I don't need the intercooler. Is innovate planning on keeping the non-intercooled version of the kit on the market long term ?

I'm not looking for the carb tune though as i'm not on the carb setup. I would be pretty confident saying that Innovate doesn't have any reason to get rid of the non-intercooler setup, its the main attraction and would be pretty dumb to stop offering it, plus you can't really pull it from the market, as someone can just buy the stage 2/intercooler kit and not install it haha

I have to say even though this current tune surges upon half throttle, at full throttle it absolutely rips and it is GOOD, but ultimately I want a surge free tune and a linear power band with perfect smoothness at any throttle percentage....not to mention decent fuel mileage. I'll be disappointed if my 4 banger gets worse fuel mileage than my c7, with double the power, when it arrives...

My gas mileage is definitely down too, but I won't mind as long as the power is there. The current tune/tuner i'm using right now has unmatched power out of my kit so i'm really curious to see how Bill's will match up. Its why I asked about revisions a few pages back, just feel like its never ending almost with this kit. I mean I don't mind new updates, but the kit has been out so long, you would figure those small kinks would be easily worked out by now lol. I think it probably is because of all the demands everyone has. I think we take things for granted sometimes, so its why I try to remain patient. I am not very good at it though "I want power, drivability, gas mileage, smoothness and a handie, now!!" |

Get ready for a perfect tune,
I am one fussy customer and very thorough when it comes to my expectation of a tune and the performance delivery of the tune. I have just spent all morning testing revision 8.54, and cannot find a fault with it. Super smooth through all the gears, awesome power delivery across the rpm to the degree from 4000rpm you get pushed back into your seat. We have a dyno event tomorrow at my dyno shop so I would be able to check what power 8.54 delivers compared to all the previous versions. @DeliciousTuning, well done Bill can't fault this version, realise you are extremely busy, and pushing long hours to deliver the best to your customer base. Thank you Really appreciate all you have done for our platform. Update tomorrow after dyno event. |

FYI, I am working on a computer automated program to build the maps at peoples requests "update button", so instead of waiting, hours, days, etc... you should have these updates literally within 15 minutes. Coming soon, as it has been one of my many projects to make things flow a LOT smoother for everyone. Cheers, William Knose Delicious Tuning |
