Damn, I was gonna say the same thing. I really liked the brackets provided with the turbo kit.

Let me check to see if we can make it fit the two.

I just checked and no it will not fit both. We can make it fit one or the other.

@FullBlown

I was wondering would this fit my @MAPerformance kit, I already barely have any room with my slim fan and turbo ( with a top radiator mount adjusted too) but the good thing is I think it's the turbo that's close ( with a blanket it on it, not the down pipe so chances of things melting might be less.

Question is, does this cooling option move anything closer into the engine bay?

It shouldn't. The Mishimoto radiator I have in my car moves everything towards the front of the car. The engine bay stayed the same.

This does not move it closer to the engine bay. We added the thickness towards the front of the vehicle.

Not a great pic I know but here it is installed on my car with my Nameless long tube header. Plenty of room. In fact, the fans don't even protrude past the factory "T" brace that the hood latch bolts to. This is a great upgrade that gives plenty of room for you turbo guys.

@FullBlown about to install the overflow tank brackets you sent me. Does the overflow tank need to be trimmed or modified in any way? If you have some decent pics that would be a great help. I'm just not seeing how it will fit here in front of me.

It is a great upgrade. Will definitely help me out during our harsh Texas summers.

Got it figured out. This really would work best with an aftermarket intake. The bottom bracket is fine. The top bracket is where I ran into issues. I removed the factory intake, then loosely installed the bracket and overflow tank, then reinstalled the factory intake again loosely, then worked it all into place. I honestly think a redesigned top bracket would make for a cleaner install both with the factory intake or anything else, be it a turbo setup or whatever. I'll see if we can't come up with something. Here are some of the issues I see with the bracket as it is right now.

Overflow tank sits at a funky angle.

The hose sits about a 1 1/2" further out than it should.

With the factory intake, the overflow tank and intake have to be pressed together for it to somewhat fit.

And lastly it pinches the overflow hose slightly.

Let me be clear that I'm not trying to bash on this setup by any means. I am still very happy with my purchase and if I had to do it all over again I would still purchase this. I'm only trying to provide honest feedback. With a few minor changes, this could be a very cleanly installed piece. I'm already in the works of making my own top bracket and if it is okay with you guys @FullBlown, I'll post a pic of what I come up with to see if it is something you guys could easily do. I don't put janky shit on my car, so it would not be something you'd be embarrassed to put in your kit. Thanks again FullBlown. Sorry for being a bit nit picky if it seems that way.

I'm very happy with my FB radiator, Spal fans and FB shroud.

I've driven my turboed car hard, with lots of long waits in traffic, hour long street tuning sessions, just drove hard for 45 minutes with stops at traffic lights, and the temps do not move. Temps are 201-204 degrees ROCK SOLID.
