Tires say they can go on wheels 7-8" in width. I'm hoping they will be OK...

If you can call them and change now, I would go with 225 at least.

It will be okay. That's not even stretching the tires. TireRack only sells what they know will work. Nothing dangerous about 215 wide tires on an 8 width wheel. However, 225 would FEEL a lot nicer, unless you're purposely wanting narrower tires for something? 225 is optimal for grip, yet you can still induce some fun from them.

Drove it 540 miles from Shreveport, LA, to Lubbock, TX. Yay for cross-country road trips!

Finally had time to install a couple Perrin parts I bought at the meet last weekend.

I told myself I would keep the car stock for a while but the mod bug strikes again!

Looks fantastic! How much did it set you back time/money wise?

I'd say I spent around $75, but I made design changes eliminating a few things. Time wise, probably looking at 20 hours. I did bits and pieces over a week. I don't factor in my time to the cost of any of my projects due to my work schedule.
