i dont think there is tsb for the latch noise. mine makes noise too and i still cant find a fix for it. all i know is, if i open it and close it, the noise goes away for a few days.

I am because I can tell the difference of the sound. I already fixed the welds. Totally different sound now. And if I move the latches, it sounds the same.

Have you tried using white lithium grease like use on the pinch welds in the latch? Worked on my EP3...

If you put outside, then the inside will come more tight when close.

I will take a picture for you tonight...

In my case this was done by the dealer but doesn't solved my problem at all...then my method finally eliminate my noise... good luck for you!
