I like this idea much better than getting rid of the extra point.

I like that idea too. Pushing the ball back further and make it a lil more challenging is a better alternative than just dropping the PAT.They should do that and stick with it and hopefully they won't don't get rid of kickoff returns/punt returns. since some smaller programs are doing so and I heard a rumor that the NFL would look into it as well.

Yea, that would piss me off if they started getting rid of positions.

should be interesting to see what year 2 looks like under chip. I'm still not sold on him, but i will say he did far better than i expected.

He also has the prototypical build for a QB. 6'6" 240lbs. This season will make or break him, IMO. Teams will have adjusted to him since they now have a lot more tape on him, so we'll see how he adjusts his game. I really like him, and with Riley Cooper signed & Maclin signed, that only helps. I'm starting to think that they'll keep Riley Cooper on Foles' left, and put Maclin in the slot since Jason Avant is gone.

Golden Tate leaving is bitter sweet. I hate to see him go but I am glad he got a good deal. Harvin and the rest of Seahawks WR will need to step up especially for punt returns.

I still don't know how to feel. Especially when Jason Kelce (Eagles center) tweets this.

We just made an extremely unpopular decision, but I couldn't be more excited and happy with where this organization is going!!

I hope there is more to the story though. To just release him for nothing makes no sense.
