For the record, 42,000 miles, 20psi, and 500 hp.

I overboosted big time to 26 last night and the block didn't pop.

Save some time and eventually money and get the full blown kit. The kit may br more expensive but you'll spend less on install cause it will actually fit.

It's again the pessimistic view but it's an inaccurate view.

I have taken the time to read your posts and I admit haven't in a long time, but just hope you can look at the glass half full for a change.

You guys really need to understand that these cars aren't holy shrines, its ok to joke. Its not about who has the biggest ****. This is a hobby and is supposed to be fun.

And Jesus Christ how many times do I have to say a weak point isn't a bad thing. Yea the Supra's wastegates were weak point, you had to stay on top of them. Jesus these are your cars guys not your daughters, its OK to keep a sense of humor.

I second that. I like my full blown kit. 450+whp installed on jackstands in my garage. Oh course i trailered it to my tuner and i keep 55 gallon drums of e85 at the house since there is no pump near me. No excuses!

My car has 42,000 miles, over half on e85. 2,000 @ 20psi. I was just saying that because r
Regal was trying to stoke the fires of panic.

It's hard to tell when you are joking. These cars not having a chance to see 30K miles without engine blowing up has always been serious business to you.

BTW, this car is not even remotely close to a holy shrine. It's just a nice affordable car that handles very good from factory and can be made pretty quick with a bolt on turbo. Don't think there are much people here trying to kid themselves to anything else.

But brah, this PoS won't last over 30K miles!!! SELL EEEEETTTTTTT!!!

I don't think we ever got a definitive answer. His Full Blown kit was installed by the local Scion stealership and the Full Blown basemap was loaded. The motor was roached in under 100 miles, but Brandon was not monitoring boost pressure or AFRs during that time. My guess is something in the fuel pump install was not done correctly and it was leaning out under boost.
