I have not installed the BC's or [Removed]. I got my Spyder headlights installed (lot of soldering), some Cobb urethane exhaust hangers and some other minor things done too. Also have a DW65c fuel pump coming in to install.
I also tried to fix my rattling noise but to no avail, but I think I know where it is coming from and just need to get under there a little better next time. ![]() Addendum: Just installed my Motiv Front Pipe, sounds amazing. Removed it from above lol Last edited by Yellow13; 03-26-2014 at 09:17 PM. |

Sounds like a great way to finish off that break in.

So FedEx delivered my shocks today, while UPS sent my springs to San Antonio....
I always imagine the opening scene from Ace Ventura when I think of UPS and this isn't helping lol

I'm going to post here to give y'all first dibs. I am going to be parting ways with my master cylinder brace from @GrimmSpeed. It is an amazing piece to really firm up the brakes, unfortunately it doesn't fit into my new game plan. I am asking $40 obo. I need to acquire a bolt that was lost while uninstalling for autocross and it has roughly 4500 miles on it.

Twin sisters w/ 300 hp + being somewhat new to stick shift... would scare the shit out of me...When I had the 135.. that scared me but at least it was a dual clutch. Now with my manual car.. I just don't have the confidence yet

The master brake cylinder is attached to the firewall. The firewall is not entirely rigid (depends on the vehicle) so pressure on the brake pedal can cause flex in the firewall and extra feeling of play or mushy in pushing the brakes. This brace supports the master cylinder via the strut tower in addition to the firewall so the master cylinder cannot move.
I just installed one on my 2002 which has horrible brakes hoping it would help at least the pedal feel... It helped but only a little bit.. Like 5%. Turkish said to me (when he had no plans to sell it) it made a big difference on the brz which might make sense if the brz has a more flimsy lightweight firewall.. Sent from my Moto X via Tapatalk
