So I just got a haircut, from "GreatClips". I obviously was walking in with low expectations but I'm not very picky. Here is the address to the one I went to: 5500 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75206

Anyways, I was getting my haircut by a larger, short woman with quite a few tattoos on her arm. (don't remember her name) Somewhere near the beginning of the cut I notice a red splotch on her hand. She had a red tattoo on her arm so I thought maybe it was a tattoo in between her fingers, I couldn't really tell. Tried to ignore it because I tend to over analyze things.

When I get to the counter I reminded myself to check it out, as I handed her my credit card I saw it was definitely a cut and it was definitely blood. So fucking gross. I called her out on it and she tried to hide it behind the register, saying it was the ink from her tattoo wearing off. I literally telescoped my neck to the side of the register and said very clearly, "ma'am, that is blood. You just gave me a haircut and ran your bloody fingers through my hair."

THEN her story changes and she says she may have nicked it while she was putting her scissors down, AFTER my hair cut. I told her I definitely saw it earlier and assumed it to be a tattoo. She offered me a discount. Well whoopdyfuggindo I get to pay LESS to have a strangers blood in my hair! I asked to talk to her manager who was not there, she made a call and walked away so I'm assuming she probably did not contact her manager so she could save herself. Came back and said I didn't have to pay for my hair cut.

I just walked out I really just wanted to go shower. I'm not a germaphobe or anything but it was really kind of gross. Some of the blood on her hand was dried so it probably happened much earlier, so her excuses of not noticing it were not really feasible considering she works with her hands.

On top of all that the hair cut sucks. I can't remember exactly as I was pretty flustered but I don't think I ever even received an apology. There were people sitting near the register and I made sure to be loud so they knew what was happening.

Sorry for the gross rant.
