mokinbird87`s BRZ
I traded in my old bugeye (close to 200k miles original engine, tranny, etc) as I found myself driving my brother`s miata more often
As I come from the old school subaru world, I plan on bringing out more of the old school subaru out of this car. I`m also fabricating a few things on my own. stay tuned!custom side vents http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59345 custom rear diffuser http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=59202 performance figures: weight: stock power: stock bought the BRZ limited in that famous world rally blue I told myself I wouldnt modify this one... I already debadged the car in about a week (march, 2013)![]() waited till the 1000 mark... ![]() JDM goodies ![]() ![]() ![]() and the part I enjoy the most! ![]() ![]() going for that old school subaru look (9/20/13)![]() ![]() sti titanium shift knob. love the way it looks, didnt care for way it feels... even the stock one is heavier, and it is too small for my hand. (2/20/14) ![]() ![]() and then finally my wheels came in! that was about 6 months of waiting... these wheels pay an homage to the tarmac rally days that subaru is known for (2/28/14) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() new shift knob to replace the sti one. (3/24/14) I like this one because it`s heavier, it sits lower and it`s a good diameter. I also like how it matches my interior trim. ![]() ![]() ordered the replica front lip. these are gonna need a little wet sanding and some TLC... guess you get what you pay for, but I didnt wanna pay a lot for something I am going to destroy. (3/24/14) ![]() ![]() JDM gurney flap also came in today this is the single most expensive piece of rubber I have ever paid for lol (3/24/14)![]() (3/25/14) installed the replica lip and the jdm gurney flap. I needed to wet-sand and buff the hell out of the front lip as its surface quality was... well, what I paid for really. before: ![]() after: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() gurney flap. took me a few tries to get it aligned right. the sti decal.. well i only had one go at it ![]() ![]() ![]()

Nice wheels, what size did you get? Post up some instructions for your gurney flap
(if you're drilling)

literally, tape on the gurney flap and make sure you align it right (took me a few tries), and then drill two holes to fit the screw onto. I started with a smaller bit and worked my way up till the screws went in tightly.
