So, I finally got around to installing Kasks trailer hitch (Found here). Took about an hour and a half...because of a flange that needs to be removed in order for install.
I didn't have a grinder with a cutting head...so I used a pair of vicegrips and a adjustable wrench to bend it out of the way. Afterwards used a ball-peen hammer to flatten it out and hammer it into place. Ends justify the means

With the hitch (Thule T2) installed there was very little flex. I was standing on the end of the rack (bike rack was ~35lbs and I weigh 185lbs) and it was still 1/2in away from the muffler so no resonating will happen.

Folded it is far enough away from the car but I am going to cover it if drive with it up. There is some issues with the rack covering my right tail light and turn signal. Might modify a roof spoiler for additional brake and turn signal lighting.

It's far more tragic for this car to not be driven. It begs to have the miles poured on.

Autocrossed today! I got 8th in the novice class and was only 0.11 seconds away from getting a trophy (6th place). This was a major improvement from last time! FWIW, this was only my 2nd autocross event. I have a voucher for HPDE at Harris Hill (H2R) that I plan to use that I am hoping will significantly reduce my times! :P
