It would also be interdasting if Vishnu could find a stock example of the car with the "noise" and get some audio and data of the normal induction sounds and a car with the pump problem.

@shiv, I may not understand all of the quirks of tuning today (yet). Back in the day, I had a 3500 lbs. 68' Charger, 2bbl 318, 727AT getting 23 mpg hwy. I understand that my dwell meter and feeler gauge are not required anymore. However, I just want to say thanks for the effort that you and your team have put into giving the options back to people.

Looks the same to me after updating via OFM.

Just update oft and tested.

had not looked before but knock correction is graphed and you can select/deselect graph line by tapping screen. Initially was white on selection went red. Not much to see though as no knock correction idling in garage

Now, when in the graphical display screen, the knock correction value of 0 will be at the top of the screen. When knock occurs the value will drop (- X deg).

So if anyone was curious here is what shivs oft300 tune made on the dyno

Borla UEL, Perrin Headerback system, 93 octane shell, numbers corrected for weather conditions.

vs what shiv made

OFT+OFH+Votech SC (9psi)+Perrin CBE 93 octane

Lol, thanks for not answering my question Haha

I still haven't tried P100 yet but you are most likely right that it wasn't there.
What 98 is it again? Shell? It isn't as good as BP from my experiences on the BNR32. Instead of pulling I think it would be best to run P100 due to the extra octane plus ethanol properties.

Yeah agree I don't want to knobble the tune any more , correct shell 98, I think you said caltex was sus as well.

BP 98 you reckon is better than shell 98 , I'll give it a go some time

I checked my old logs on united P100 and although I did not have tactrix then to monitor flck the kc learned has no dips in 5000-7000 range.

I was also adding 5-6 liters of E85 to a tank of 98 with good results so a 20l of E85 was good to suplement 4 tanks of 98 , the P100 station is a fair way away like the E85 one.

Yeah, this was the general consensus on the skyline forum. EDIT:so it wasn't just me.

It may differ on location though so see how you go.
I am definitely thinking of E85, less than 15min away so not so bad....

Something doesn't loom right here. Your torque curve STARTS 500 RPM later. I don't mean you started at a higher RPM, I mean where you are on the curve at 3000 RPM is where Shiv was at running 2500RPM.

Edit: I just looked and you are making almost as much torque. Shiv made only 9-15ft/lbs more.

Looks just like dyno variances to me. I'd be happy with those results CJ.

@shiv@vishnu

I am on 125 firmware with the latest template file just downloaded from the website, unfortunately it is still just a red line at the bottom so any events won't be shown in real time graphical display, extremely weird..

EDIT:MAF voltage does work on the new template, does the tablet exhibit caching behaviour?
