no spacers at all.. i thought i would need but they look fine and flush.

Prokit is a 1 inch drop fronto and rear and the sport line is a 1.4 inch drop front and rear.. anything lower then that youll probably have to go with another spring or coils.

Tein stechs are lower then 1.4?

Hows the super downs ride? Any odd noises?

I believe the s tech springs are a 1.3 in the front and 1 in the rear. And as for the ride I think it's pretty nice almost similar to stock as far as cabin noise but the a little stiffer obviously on bumps in the road. I would recommend this springs if your looking to drop your car under 300 bux vs spending so much on coils.. But if auto cross etc is what your into then save for some nice coils.
