Saw one on a military base (Keesler), and I've seen 2 in Indianapolis, 3 in Blacksburg, and 1 cruising around the WV Turnpike.

i see like 10+ or so everyday..but that's because a lot of my co-workers have them. lol

Question is - how many of those FRS-es that you see are in specific colors? I would say most of them are white or asphalt.

Due to the abundance of cheap and ricey aftermaket parts, this is/will be the new Honda Civic of this generation unfortunately.

There are a lot of them around the Boulder/Denver area, including several belonging to my coworkers (I tend to park next to a DGM BRZ most days in the work parking lot, actually).

Makes sad to think of how many ratted-out, riced-out mismatched body panel POS FR-S/BRZ's with bald tires, no interiors and smoking fartcans will be driving around in ten years. Meantime, they are fun to laugh at.

I have to second that. I'd say 70% of twins I see are white. The rest is equally divided between blue and asphalt. Firestorm and hot lava are the rarest colors. I guess people don't like bright colors around here.

At this pace, I'm not keeping this car no longer than 2 years. It's kind of ironic, I got out of the whole honda scene due to ricers and fanboys… I was hoping this wouldn't be the case with the BRZ but oh well

I see a lot of DGM/Asphalt, with white probably being second.

This car won't be the new Honda Civic. The mod friendly popularity of the civic is because the car could be had new below 20K.

Thankfully, our car starts at around $24K.

Our car is the new Prelude or Acura RSX. Yeah, some of those cars were riced out, but not as much as the civic.

it's bound to happen. maybe not on the scale of civics, as civics are subject to a nearly boundless supply of interchangeable parts and aftermarket accessories. but probably going to be on par or exceeding the 240sx in terms of what they will look like in 10 years. missing bumpers, zipties, dents galore.

BUT! i welcome the juxtaposition; because i can definitely appreciate a clean honda nowadays when 90% of the others on the road have been hacked and beaten. would it not then, be more rewarding to own a clean specimen of a ZN6 twin farther down the line when the rest have become worn down by 'enthusiasts'?

food for thought.

I usually see one to a couple a day.

Mind you in this area I don't even see one current gen BMW a day.

I'm in nh and I see one every couple of months. there is one FRS and a BRZ Limited at my work but I have yet to meet them. On the road I almost never see any.

I see about 2-3 a day on my daily commute and not just in our shop.
