@IntotheOcean
I don't see any pics... ![]() JK, that sucks though. Stupid dealership!ARGH. What's with the morons today? I was right next to a corvette stingray (the brand new one) and it was a convertible so we chatted at the light a bit. Before I got there though, some moron cut me off within feet of my car, and proceeded to go 10 under the speed limit. I missed the light because he was distracted as well, he was on his phone. There was someone on the freeway who STOPPED in the merge lane (how2merge),and as I passed, she was putting on her makeup. Back to the light. I'm #1 in line to turn left (residential,filled with elementary schools though). There's an SUV waiting to turn right, she was waiting, playing on her phone while the other directions went. I start going and I'm in the middle of the intersection, and THEN that's when she decides she wants to cut me off. I hate elementary school parents with a passion. |

My baby starts school in the fall. I'm not ready for this. ![]() In other news, my wife's Toyota Matrix is due to go back off lease in June. In my attempt to talk her off the mini van ledge I think I've been so successful that she's gonna end up getting an Accent hatch. Before the scorn sets in, they actually have more trunk space than her Matrix does and the drive is decent. Sporty is a word that should never come up, but that's not the goal for her car. Making this choice will result in about a $200-$250 a month savings between gas and monthly payments. Combine that with not paying daycare starting in the summer, me getting posted back to a ship (sea pay FTW) in the fall, and I think we might be dropping our cable bill in favor of netflix/primewire.ag and our bank account might start looking pretty good soon. |

Yikes, she was heading down minivan way? I hate those things.HATE minivans. I drove one once, you feel NOTHING. Felt like I needed a boating license.. Plus after it stalled going downhill and into a turn....Not good. I already have panic attacks driving,nonetheless driving and sailing at the same time. Plus, they look atrocious. I'd rather strap my kids to the roof if I needed to than buy a van. Bravo to you for talking her out of it. ![]() Sorry for making it seem like I hated anyone on this forum. More than anything, I'm intimidated. LOL |

But that costs $ and I'm graduating soon in a ~*stellar*~ economy. Bah,humbug.How'd all your tests go? The tuna boat I got the pleasure of driving was a Plymouth Voyager,man that thing would break down soooo many times. It even had remnant of seagull in it. |

Grand Caravan with the back seats out is a freakin mobile apartment.
Went all over the western US dry camping and mountain biking. Lock it up and it's a local storage unit. Used, they are an awesome low priced option. Put it on snow tires and they're unstopable. Just another opinion.
