Cut it with an air saw. I'm in the process of building a mold for an ABS piece that will fill that space in. It will have to be filled a little but that's what you have to do to get ride of the plate.

Saw this listed on eBay. It looks like it might be a better fitment than the Bayson for the foglights. That is if those images truly are fitment pictures.

Other TRD rep

That guy recently started posting a lot of stuff for sale on ebay, waiting for someone else to buy to see how the fit is. He also lists this TRD lip kit with a separate under splitter that I had never seen before which looks very interesting.

So the Bayson ones are ABS while this OEM Direct guys is Polyurethane.

What is better?

The research i've been seeing is that PU is better since it is more flexible, won't crack as easy, and generally has better fitment. What is everyones opinion here?

The oem is abs because it's more rigid. Since it's basically just sitting against the bumper it needs to be rigid to keep the fitment right. If you were to glue it to the bumper it wouldn't be an issue

So are you saying the way the kit mounts to the bumper, it would need to be ABS to have correct fitment? You think using the PU kit without gluing anything would not yield quality results?

I see that the one is the picture in his listing has the weatherstrip (rubber maybe?) piping installed also. I didn't think the Replicas came with that. I know Bayson's spoiler doesn't.

Bayson comes with everything for install, including the rubber gasket. I have front TRD, side skirt TRD, and sti rear spats from Bayson

I'm not sure, it depends on how it fits so it's a gamble until someone tries. For this kind of install I prefer something stiff like abs though
