Pure wins this round.

So. For those that haven't heard, things are at a screeching halt. Found out on Friday I'm being laid off in 2 weeks. Goal now is to find gainful employment while turtle-ing on the remaining funds/whatever I get for unemployment and stall as long as can before having to look at selling stuff off. Stay tuned.

I was looking at the TSB/Recall for "Window Freezing, Losing Initialization" and I'm not sure if this applies to it. It just started happening a couple days ago and @TheseColorsDontRun verified it.

That sounds like a fun weekend. If you can definitely post up some pictures of the event. Would love to see Gushi represent the FR-S Crew. Who else is running an FR-S?

As far as unemployment goes:

I applied for it the day the federal government furlough started. After submitting all the necessary paperwork and waiting, I finally got a VISA/debit card with the unemployment funds a week or so after the furlough ended. It took almost a month. Hopefully it would go quicker for you.

I'm sorry to hear about your job, though. That really sucks. Here's hoping that you find another job pretty quickly.

I'll do what I can, but no promises :P I'm crewing for the Sikky 350Z/RX-8 so not sure what shots I'll get. I'll try and snag a few from the paddocks, but sure the web will be flooded with them. Only reason I'm going while unemployed is the tickets already paid for. :\

As for twins, you've got Tuerck, Angelo, Gushi, Yoshihara, Yoshioko that I know of offhand.

Also- anyone doing clearance type work, ping me with an email addy. Need my resume floating wide and fast.

yeah, girls car does this when it gets cold. she parks outside. i park in the garage and it doesnt happen. i think its a frost seal against the rubber, and when the window encounters resistance it shuts down the auto function. (theory)

Yep, fairly certain that's correct. In which case it's a good thing as it keeps you from burning out the motor.
