Yes.

Something tells me that Junkman is the owner of the ragcompany.

I have towels from them, they're great. But this just seems obvious to me...

Awww I didn't get a mitt!

I'll probably run mine through a wash tomorrow.

If you knew anything about this guy (Junkman), you'd know he doesn't own rag company. If you did more research on rag company, you'd also see that.

He's recommending some awesome product that happens to be listed at a really good price.

He's got meguiar's and other products in the background in the video he posted. The first video I ever saw from Junkman - he was explaining how clay works and how to remove swirls from paint using Adam's polishes. He must own those companies too.

Give me a break. Obvious? lol.

Okay.

Look at his posts, they just seem like he's thanking everyone for buying his products.

Oh no, i might be wrong. Sorry? I apologize?

I apologize for not writing they way you want me to?

lol.

You said you have some of rag company's towels?

Up until this point, I was using detailers domains all purpose towels and figured they were good enough. I was wrong.

The first I've even heard of rag company was in this video. Far too many people want to keep things that are good to themselves as opposed to sharing it with the masses it seems. Rag company seems to have been around for quite some time now. Granted, I'm not a professional detailer but I do know my way around compounds and polishes and polishers and spend a pretty considerable amount of free time researching car detailing products. Better late than never I suppose.

Junkman has helped countless numbers of people across tons of forums with car detailing over what I would guess is a number of years. What is obvious is that he finds enjoyment in helping people with car detailing and showing them what products work for him.

If I posted a good review on say, ft86speedfactory and someone else purchased from them and had a similar experience, I'd be inclined to thank their posts.

Again, it's a matter of seeing those around you come up on a good product at a good price with solid customer service and being "happy" for them.

I'm not telling you that you're wrong. It is hard to believe someone would assume he owns the rag company, knowing his history and reading information on rag company themselves.

Let's go with the idea that he does own said company. Even if he did, who cares? lol.

Whether or not he paid for a blue name on a forum isn't going to change the fact that I got some dope ass towels (19 microfibers and 1 big ass waffle weave) for 83 bucks.

I stocked up on a ton of these last time Chemical Guys was having a big sale: the Sasquatch Maximus.

Junkman, ever tried these out? I find them incredible for ONR washes, curious how they compare to what you're seeing from The Rag Company.

I'm not going to come down on you because you have clearly NOT watched any of my videos. If you had, you would know like most here that not only do I not own a rag company but I don't detail cars for a living either. I own a computer consulting firm called The PC Surgeon, Inc. I provide IT services for businesses that are too small to have an in house IT staff. Right now my daughter is revamping my website but you can still look at the old site by clicking this link.

If that is not enough proof for you, here I am on our local CBS news station being interviewed as a computer expert, concerning a situation that had to do with students hacking some computers at school.

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9E1sLAoJUiM"]AJ on WHAS for You Tube Demo - YouTube[/ame]

Last of all, here I am on a TV show that I did for about 10 years that concentrated on computer information for computer novices.

[ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PITxtJBGiYM"]AJ on Kentuckiana 2 Day - YouTube[/ame]

I've been The Junkman since I pledged little brother to the Zeta's, back in the early 80's. I was on Fox News, and even they referred to me as the Junkman.

So as you can see, I have no dog in the microfiber towel business. If you had watched any of my videos, you would have known this. But since you haven't, you don't. But that's gonna change because I plan on posting quite a few videos on this forum to help out all the folks who are confused about detailing and are looking for a simple explanation to making their paint pop like a diamond. I've lurked for almost a year just to make sure that my knowledge could be used here and I have seen that most would find it useful. I want nothing in return but the green light to share what I know with whoever wants to learn. After all, I like seeing everyone with a shiny ride no matter what they drive. I really like the way my very own ride sparkles in the eyes of the pretty ladies.

So tell me, do you still think that I sell rags for a living?

Those wool mitts scratch my paint so I don't use them. However, give it a try and see how it does. There's no need to prep it or anything, just use it as it is.

Well for one, I NEVER do waterless washes. But I can tell you a thing or two about them towels. PM me if you want to know the scoop.

Aww yeah they came in today. They gave me a free purple-nality microfiber which was worth $6. Pretty nice of them.
