Hey FRSTRM. Awesome stuff on your car. I just received a set of the same carbon fiber vents and I was wondering if you could tell me how you fit them on? I am thinking of 3M double sided tape but am just unsure of the best placement of the tape on the underside.

Yes, 3M tape, it's a little difficult because you will have to stack several layers of tape to make it flush (since the fender flares in and there is a gap). There was also a little bit of a gap around the edges after I got it as flush as possible, so I used black sealant around the top edges to fill the separation and it looked really good. Thank you for the kind words as well

Haven't been keeping up with this too well over the winter! Almost decided to sell the car, but things are looking up for me and all is good now
Good friend of mine is getting a 2014 Asphalt FRS tomorrow (@ST22) and we'll be modding his car right away :P Thinking about changing license plate from "FRSTRM" to "BABY LFA" Also, wheels will be going soon, but I'll be looking to get a different set of 18s or 19s a few months later. Getting a few parts in my engine bay powdercoated in a couple weeks - that will be exciting to see how that comes out. Last edited by FRSTRM; 03-05-2014 at 11:37 AM. |

Ordering Winjet Headlights - should give a cleaner look (although similar to my blacked out headlights).
Maybe it will give me an opportunity to fix my front bumper too. |

Those are some awesome pictures!
If that was our stuff, I'd love to have it on the website Nick C.

@Diode Dynamics - Yes! The low beams, side markers, and switchbacks are Diode Dynamics (and the flasher module, but obviously that can't be seen). The angel eyes on the Asphalt are also from Diode Dynamics but were not wired in the pictures so we were unable to show off the functionality of those. |

If you send pictures to Ariel@diodedynamics.com
She will make sure you receive Diode Points for a discount off a future order. Plus, I'd love to see those pictures up on our site, great work! Nick C.
