Hey guys! Here's an editable spreadsheet for your points calculation need:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...EE&usp=sharing It requires a Google account to copy/use it, though, but it's all automagic once you've got it. Just change the zeroes to ones!

Interesting. I don't know if I'm capable, but I'd be down for trying to start this up on the east coast. Maybe have an east vs west showdown at some point.

I believe tune and fuel both have separate values. So .75 to run e85. Unless you run e85 without tune... Car will probably not run too well in that case, but will only incur a .50 penalty. Can we get a confirmation on this, 86cup board?

Yes, a NA car with E85 get 0.75 total. No penalty for 100 octane. Why? 1. Anyone and everyone has equal opportunity to use it; it's readily available AT the track and every stock ECU will utilize it. 2. no way to realistically enforce it. E85 and 100 octane are nowhere near similar. E85 will make more power than using leaded C16/Q16. Remember, E85 also dramatically cools the intake charge. |

You're right. Higher octane gas should be recommended for factory tune in the interest of engine preservation... |

So I'm guessing that being supercharged puts me in modified...maybe super modified with everything else?

Surprisingly....my tires bump me down into street class because they're 340 treadwear continental extremecontact dw...isn't that a little unfair?

It is not uncommon to gain 2-4 secs just by swapping to grippier tires. Not to mention more power with minimal traction... not a great combo. |

Eh, I think the treadwear on these is rather conservative. They grip as much as the PSS I've used before, and that's as aggressive as I'll get since I drive it every day and don't have two sets of wheels

Not really, a street class car can run a 2:02 at buttonwillow, I don't see an FRS getting to that time on conti DW's, even with a blower. |
