Supertek Intake Pipe & Drop-in Filter

We wanted to create an official discussion thread for our intake inlet pipe and drop in filter.

Now that Version 2 is out there and we have quite a few members out there using this system we wanted to get everyone's feedback and discuss!

Just to recap for those that were unfamiliar with this product and to hopefully answer any questions:

- Utilizes the factory airbox
- Cast one piece aluminum construction w/ multi layer couplers and clamps.
- Textured black powdercoated finish
- This intake eliminates the sound generator tube.
- Drop in filter is oiled type and lifetime washable

We would like to hear feedback on performance gains, sound level etc...

Lastly, we were considering making them in textured red and other powdercoat varations. Any thoughts?

Best Regards,

Steve

Can this be purchased without the filter? IE, the pipe and coupling only?

We have had independant customers come back with +6 whp gains when combined with our filter. There is definitly a gain to be had.

I have this on my automatic with a TRD drop in filter. Last night it was cooler weather and I was running the engine hard. Let me just say, my automatic transmission was ripping the higher rpms last night. Really like this pipe paired with a drop in filter. I purchased mine separately from ft86speed factory because I already had a TRD drop in filter.
