Sunday morning I saw a CRV high centered on a guardrail on the 401. Not smashed at either end, still have NO clue how it got up on the guardrail without major damage to the front or rear of the car.

It's probably humidity and wind chill. If it's humid or windy it'll feel much colder than a thermometer tells you.

Just no. It was sunny out. After he complained about having slick tires. He was probably running on the cords. Also, he was driving pretty fast compared to the rest of the traffic, and not in any particular lane. Pure luck he saved it, because his driving expertise is lacking.
