This car isn't at all difficult to drive in the rain, even in a fresh greasy rain. It is just another RWD car.

Don't try to rev match in rain, thats terrifying. My car currently has no traction control, stability control or ABS (issue with Clockspring that Toyota is fixing soon). On top of that I had bald, shitty track tires during the last rain. I had to drive it to work one day, and it was terrifying, luckily im only 5 miles away... Hope it ends up well man, that rock panel can be a bitch to fix but like my dad always taught me enough skill and patience can fix anything!

Not all RWD cars are equal. The twins are much lighter and on way skinnier tires than they should be (if you're running stock). My old BMW E46 was nowhere near as volatile in the rain, most likely because it did not have those 2 characteristics.

I believe they teach you at the track to not shift during a turn. Best to not shift during a turn like they said.

Example: Take a look at the drift bible. DK doesn't say that you need to have a certain car to do this or that.

Will probably be one of my first mods when I get my car, dunno if I will go +1 on Diameter but for sure getting wider tires makes sense from the get go. |

Lmao bro, I'm driving a challanger as a rental until I get my car back, it's the same exact thing as a charger. Cruise liner on wheels that has a tank twice as big as my frs.

I feel you bro! I did this same thing in the snow covered pavement a month back. Lost control and couldn't get it back. Did a 360 and ended up on a curb just like you. THANKFULLY my curb was completely covered with nice fluffly snow which cause 0 damage and I was on my way... I did get an alignment just to be safe. But bottom line glad your alright dude and all of this will be fixed and replaced a life cannot be. You live and you learn.
