they have a 45 day period but you can also write a letter to paypal and if they get enough letters they will issue a mass dispute on the account. You can also call in and they can put a negative remark against him

Might want to try that if some of you are having issues getting a refund

FA20club just let me know that they had received the RHD overpipe I returned for a refund, as agreed. The refund was immediately paid into my Paypal account.

I will be removing my negative feedback on the trader rating.

For me it's been a good result with them keeping their word and making the refund very quickly.

Credit where credit is due and it bodes well for others in a similar situation.

I contacted the site administrators using the 'contact us' link and asked for my negative comment, at the FA20club feedback, to be removed but it's still there.
I can't see anyway to alter or remove it once it's there and with no action or reply from the admin there's nothing much I can do.

On Jan 30th FA20Club sent me just under half of the money they promised to refund. Still awaiting any contact or update on the status of the rest of the funds!

Longest refund processes EVARRR. 3 months....

I'm just hoping I get what I was promised!

Does anyone have a contact number other than the one on their website, I have tried emailing and calling their number, it always rings out to voicemail. I placed an order back in May, it was delayed and meant to be shipped in December ,
December was the last cot act I had via email with Andy.
