Yeah I was going to do 18 but I didn't want to buy new tires right away since these had plenty of tred left. I saw another users post where he kept the original tire and decided to do that.

i need hub rings to mount the 527 to the car? or am i okay with just wheels and rug nuts?

If I was to do it over I might go with a 17, and maybe not the gold haha. 18 just seems like a lot of rim on this little car. No other 86's around here so I'm on my own trying things out

18s complete the wheel well much better and just look more aggressive, especially with lowering springs.

As above said the red looks great to offset the black. Just be careful about chromium black as I've read some peoples don't match. Not sure which page on here it was.

The problem people have been having with chromium black are usually from ordering a replacement wheel. If you place an order for 4 wheels they should all be from the same batch and painted the exact same way. Down the road if you order 1 or 2 wheels they might not match the first 4.
