Lol, glad GS is taking care of you. As for the OT; I'm not the OP of this thread lol but I'll say "no problem" for the OP.

Couple years ago I had a GS uppipe on WRX that I bought used. After a little while it appeared that the flex section had blown out so I called and spoke to Mike who asked me for the name of the previous owner; I had a brand new GS uppipe on my car later that week at no cost to me.

Don't know if they're still like that, but I was pretty surprised at the time.

Thanks for the kind words! That's the level of customer service that the company was built on, it's part of our company mission and it's what you can expect, every single time you deal with us! Cheers!

Installed my GS hood struts yesterday. Due to my own klutziness, I lost their 10mm bottom bracket bolt, and completed the job with the OEM short bolt. GS is sending me a replacement bolt, no charge.

Awesome product, awesome customer service. And Made in the USA to boot!

This is the kind of company I want to spend my money with.

are you guys making a model specific bracket for your EBCS? I'll be running it with my FI, and if not, I'll make one and send you the CAD drawings afterwards.

5/5, bought oil cap and hood struts. May end up grabbing the sway bar in the future.

Glad the guys were able to get your squared away and thanks for the kind words! We're all enthusiasts and definitely know what it's like to drop a nut/bolt or two.

We've thought about it but don't currently have anything in the works! If you come up with something neat, shoot me an email with your ideas!

How does the license plate relocation kit fare in automatic (tunnel) car washes? Do I have to remove it before going in?
What about heavy rainstorms? I live in Seattle and we get that a lot :/

Rainstorms should be fine. I would remove for car washes tbh, not because it wont fare well, but because you should remove any external protrsions that could get stuck to the brushes.

Baker nailed it! You'll be totally fine in rainstorms, but you'll want to be careful on automatic non-touchless car washes. The water isn't a concern, but depending on the type of carwash, the brushes can get snagged on the frame and the brushes always win. Enter those at your own risk!

Should you damage your kit in a carwash, we can sell you replacement parts, but it's usually more hassle than it's worth. Hand wash that baby of yours or find a touchless wash!

Would you recommend taking just the bracket or the whole thing (from the tow hook) off?
