I installed Invidia N1 cat back, and Invidia catless front pipe.

The driver side most stud from the overpipe to the front pipe SHEARED OFF...

I think someone on the assembly line messed up some threads, or something happened in parts quality.

I am pleased with the sound, but there is still an exhaust leak. Ill just buy an overpipe to correct the problem.

Car only has 1200 miles on it and there is no reason for a stud to just break off. It took me and my friend about 20 minutes to work on it, we used penetrating oil, worked it back and forth thinking it was corrosion ..it would rotate left/right but it would reach a point where it would stop moving entirely ...finally we manned up on it and it just broke off.

Anyone else had this issue?

This is actually pretty common. Mine was either cross threaded or snapped. Glad i was at Nameless when this happened and they fixed me right up!

Ill need to wait for an overpipe because I need to use this car ...

Will driving it for a week with a leak at the overpipe/front pipe connection hurt my car?

I dont think a leak so far passed the header would cause any issues ...but I cant really take it to a shop unless they can get it done in a few hours ..and i hear dropping the overpipe is very annoying ... if not impossible without lifting the engine.

The slammer looks great and feels great, I just wish it was available in gunmetal. I'm sure there is something out there that fits the bill.
