I have my keyfob STi cover at my apartment getting mailed to me. I drop my keys so much. Got a couple nicks in the keyfob already so it is a layer of protection.

Going back to the thread about BRZ tS parts... I was looking at the STI Sports Parts Catalog for BRZ again today and realized the rear catalog pink springs is standard on the tS, but the front catalog pink springs is listed as not suitable for the tS. I think this confirms that the catalog front springs are probably progressive (and it kinda feels that way on initial turn-in), while the standard front springs on the tS is probably linear.

Just a thought.

http://www.sti.jp/parts/catalogue/br...0330AS000.html

On that page, click on the parts compatibility button for chassis A or chassis B (I have a B chassis).

I'm wondering about the tS shocks too, Japanparts.com don't list them I think.

So, what are the differences for chassis A and B?

I think the initial production batch is chassis A. I looked at my passenger door jam sticker and it's B (mine is a 2014).

I'm looking at the pictures of the catalog springs again and the front springs don't really look progressive, but the rear does. Humm... I wonder what the differences is between catalog vs. tS front springs.

I'm not surprised by that. The car was tested quite extensively on the nurburgring so I'm sure there are fine adjustments to components here and there. Didn't seem likely that they just put together the general parts and called it; this is why the tS is definitely more than a hodgepodge of parts put together, it really is a car that has its handling and ride characteristics perfected by Subaru's test driver. One of the fun differences are the wheels. Despite the same exact appearance, the tS are lighter BBS while the parts catalog are Enkeis

I hope I didn't miss this in the thread, but anyone have a lead on a vendor that has the Ts shift knob?

I see the duracon and the other leather STI knobs around, but can't locate the one above (which is, in my opinion, much better looking than the other two).

I agree. That's why I stuck with the stock knob instead. OEM stock one is very nice.

My sentiments exactly. The only replacement knob I'd consider purchasing is the one pictured above, as it retains the OEM styling/quality but adds the STI branding.
