Saw a modded 10 series on I70 near Frederick around 5:30. I got off on the dual highway exit in Hagerstown and they kept going.

Busy day.
WRB BRZ on 95S on the southern side of the toll/tunnel for Baltimore around 1140. I was going north. Dark blue twin around 5-6? Brain farting times... on 198 in Laurel by Home Depot/Nissan. Black FRS 3 blocks later.
