SAVE THE DATE: 86s invades Livermore!

Date: Saturday March 8, 2014
Time: Start 12pm - 5pm
Place: Livermore, CA - industrial plaza at the end of Las Positas Ct, cross street is N.Livermore Ave.
Direction: Exit N. Livermore Ave off of 580, head towards Downtown, Mines Rd. Turn immediate right at the Chevron gas station (right off the freeway), and follow Las Positas Ct down to the end.
Agenda: Meet, greet, and take on the sites. Mines Road is just on the other side of town. Plus with the additions of new faces at our Southbay and Eastbay meets, I thought it would be a good time to see things in the light haha

This is a rather empty industrial parking spot on the weekends and I have been granted permission to use some of it on this day. The business' here are closed on weekends so let's remain respectful and not litter their property.

I was to provide BBQing opportunities but I quickly realized that that would be a PITA. Instead, I'm using a San Jose food truck company (@TasteeBytesSJ) to help me coordinate a Dublin/Livermore food truck to come to the meet. There are eateries on the other side of N. Livermore Ave as a last absolute resort. Depending on the interests and attendees of this meet, we may have more than one option of food truck that would stop by.

Being on the same exit as Mines Rd., anyone willing and wanting to volunteer to coordinate a drive thru Mines Rd is free to do so. We may even coordinate the drives to be in small batches so that there is ample opps to do other things.

This could also be a good opportunity to talk about other things:

+ I will talk about the 86Cup hosted by NCRC.
+ The election stuff, I will let @PMok, @finch1750, and whomever else speak their minds.
+ other stuff

Bring a folder chair or two. This is becoming a commodity and could a requirement for a NorCal meet
