Has anyone managed to get their car tuned here in Ottawa yet? I've convinced our local forced induction Subaru tuner to have a look at it. He's pulled the map and is looking on-line for what can be done. It may be a month or more before he gets back to me, but if anyone else has any info, it'd be awesome to share it around.

And a raceseng front tow hook with gopro mount also in blue.

Did the Mtec trans springs.

Did a few other minor things too thus far.

Ottawa FR-S

Nice rims! What tires are you getting? Are you also tracking with the FR-S, or just the Chumpcar?

I'd like to get the Hankook R-S3, but no one has these in stock. TireRack will be getting a revised R-S3 (with a higher tread wear rating) on April 30. I'll have to go with something else (first lapping at Calabogie of the season is May 3).

Yes I'll be running the RS-3. I do track the FRS, but the chumpcar is for racing. I likely will use a second set of wheels and tires for track duty in something much lighter and smaller diameter.

Perry Auto in Quebec has the RS-3 in stock right now in 225/40-18. Give them a shout when the time comes.

I'd also try Talon Tire in Montreal to see what they have. You're probably looking for 245/40R17's Norm?

We should be able to get those at NM Montreal for ya. Although I'm sure the Ottawa Nextmod would be closer

Hey guys, getting my WRB BRZ in 2 weeks and I was wondering where was a good place to fuel up... I live in Hull, about 10 minutes from downtown Ottawa and I never bothered about the brand or octane level before, but now it seems I'll need to run 93 (or at least 91) and I don't know where to get it for a raisonnable price... How good is the Costco Supreme ? Thanks alot !

Stay away from Costco gas period, even in your non-FT86 grocery-getter.

I use Shell V91 exclusively unless on a track day where I run Sunoco 94. Nothing else.

Good one Andre. Just don't let Norm or Ken be your councilors. There're way beyond saving now. And yes welcome.
BTW. Are you going to Carlysle this year Ken?
