He has a history of doing this. Unfortunately it took a while to find that out.

So he got me good too. Ordered in July of 13 didn't get all my parts till Jan. Installing the kit tonight and he gave me charge pipes that are designed for a BRZ so they don't fit. Not expecting a refund from him and can't dispute due to time between charge and dispute.

Fairly certain he stalls with the intent of exceeding the dispute time. Hence the tracking numbers that dont move and false promises that the 'next box is on its way' bs

So, when is the whole sordid affair going to get reported to jalopnik? This isn't the first platform he's fine this to, either. And unless we let other folks know, this won't be the last.

I'm on my phone so if I make mistakes, blame Sportsguy83

Toni has $1300 of my money that have not been returned for his shitty custom intercooler for the innovate supercharger. Sent the cooler back to him on the 31st of jan and he received it on the 5th of February. Can't get a hold of him to find out wtf is going on.

I am sorry, but do you mean designed for an auto or designed for a manual or designed for RHD or LHD cause otherwise there should not be a difference there

I believe the IC piping was different between the BRZ and FRS because of the differently sized headlights.

The headlights are the exact same size, there is just grommet covering them between the bumper and the headlight housing to make them look different

The difference is that the BRZ headlights have HIDs and the FR-S doesn't. It makes for a tighter fit on the BRZ than the FR-S.

How did you guys pay him? If it was with a credit card, you have an awful lot of recourse simply through them to begin with before you go through a long, drawn out legal process that you may or may not recover your money from (especially after legal fees). Same goes for PayPal.

This is why I refuse to do business by cash or check anymore when it comes to big ticket items.

I never got the intake for the FBM turbo kit I got from him (frs 300s old kit). I just got a filter that I directly attached to the turbo.

Turns out the intake was in FRS 300s car -_-
