Got my 2014 in November and I had crickets and taillight condensation within 2 months. Both replaced with no issue.

Yeah, it is still cold here too. Ethanol free gas is hard to find here.

My 2013 has had no issues since I have owned it. It is cold hearted. The six speed auto is a little slow to shift until the engine is fully warmed up and the cold idle almost sounds like it has a miss but once warmed up she runs fantastic. I am very pleased with my FRS.

Picked up my 2014 back in November and nearing 3k. A family of crickets moved in about 500 miles ago. Worst thing about the car is the seatbelts. No matter what position the seat is in the belt digs into my neck. It really sucks getting choked out while taking a turn.

Do you feed the seatbelt through the seatbelt loop?

That does the trick for me. Although I'm 6'1 so my neck is mostly out of the way to begin with.

Yeah, even with the loop it's still digging into me pretty good. Not really sure what else to do other than get seat belt pads.

I have close to 600 miles on my 2014. I just started hearing the crickets last night while at a stop light. It doesn't really bother me. I heard of people replacing the fuel pump and still getting the crickets a few 100 miles later. I will replace it once it gets too loud and that there is a definite fuel pump revision that cures the crickets. When I had my rsx, it made all kinds of noises and its still ran perfect with close to 200k on the odometer.

I do find it strange that this car does not have seatbelt height adjusters. I thought that was a standard thing on all cars. But from my test drives, I don't recall it rubbing on my neck fortunately. I am 5'11". How tall are you?

Right? I thought the same. I'm 5'5.

If I recall correctly I think they decided to not go with seat belt adjusters because it would add weight. There's a whole thread on it somewhere around here.

I hear ya. 5'4" here!
I cranked my seat up to max level and that has really helped. It doesn't rub half as bad as some cars where I've had to be the passenger. I have one of those sheepskin covers too, but I could probably get away without it.

No issues as well. Got the car Jan 19th 2013. No issues to this date other than a dead battery caused by the cold in Nebraska...whatever, fact of life here. Oh and the fact I dropped a screw bit under my seat, forgot about it after working on the interior, it rolled under the carpet so now when I take a turn I hear a hex bit rolling around under my seat hahaha. Really need to get it out of there.
