Changed my manual transmission and differential gear oil with Lucas Synthetic 75w90. It is GL4 and GL5 approved. I really wasn't having problems with shifting, but the shifting is now even better. I decided to change the oil in each component due to the pictures of all of the trash on the magnets. My differential magnet was nasty, but the transmission magnet was very clean. I went with the Lucas, because I cannot find any of the stuff people recommend on here, locally. The Lucas is $14.99 a quart at any of four auto parts places within 3 miles of my house. I have always liked Lucas products, so I figured it was a win. Improved shifting is a win.

Got pics of that front lip? Is it the APR? Wife and I are going back and forth between that one and the other APR without the supports.

I was told I should wait until average temperature stays around 45F. Is it that critical? Now there's nearly no snow or ice on the road. I really don't like snow tires on dry road...
