I told them what accessories I wanted when I placed my order. They said it is cheaper if it comes from the factory but they dealer can install the accessories as well.

I got my VON from my Sales representative at West Houston Subaru. He just PDF'ed the document from their system.

The group buy never came together. I think most people have agreed to pay MSRP

It just verifies that my order is in the system... A bunch of people have speculated on what the VON represents, but nothing but speculation.

Any idea when any of the Houston dealers will have one in their showroom? I know West Subaru said they would be having a BRZ launch event in April

Anyone of you guys pre-order from Gillman North on I-45? I'm curious what the salespeople there told you. I pre-ordered a SWP Premium MT on either 3/13 or 3/14 and was told there were a total of 10 cars allocated to the dealership, and that 2 were left. A few days ago I called my sales rep back and told him I wanted to change my order to a Limited, and he told me he'd ask his sales manager if it was possible without pushing me back in line. Still waiting to hear back from him. If he can't change it without delays then I will probably stick with the Premium.
