I just put my stock exhaust back on (had a SRT headerback exhaust on) and I have a Rev Works UEL header and Perrin intake on mine. Overall sound is really quiet now but when you get on it the super charger whine sounds so sweet!!

Maybe with Sprintex directly given he has a 210+

Any perceived power loss?

No to be honest it feels more responsive now. It's a little too quiet for me though so I'm going to have a shop convert my SRT HB exhaust into a catback.

Well I headed to the dyno yesterday. Couldn't get tuned though because my spark plugs were fouling out at high rpm. Ordered a new set that will be gapped and replaced sometime this week, then going back for the dyno in two weeks.

We actually tuned one car on a Borla full exhaust/header with the Innovate Kit and switched back to stock and literally picked up 10 horsepower doing nothing. So just an FYI, the stock exhaust on supercharged kits is not bad. Maybe not ideal, but not bad.

Also as an update. I have a new version of the Innovate Stage 1 and Stage 2 maps (91,92,93,94 and E85) coming out next weekend. It will more than likely be version 8.3. The major improvements include.

1. Light load acceleration (smoothed out) is vastly improved
2. MPG on heavier loads (like cruising up hills) are improved
3. MPG around town (accelerating from stop lights) are improved
4. E85 maps include similar updates
5. For both manual and autos

Being this kit is on our development car, I am doing everything I can to make this kit feel like a truely stock car (or better), that even your significant others wouldn't notice one single hiccup.

Cheers,
William Knose

Bill thanks for keeping on pushing to make this tune as seamless as possible. I think I'll swap on my stock exhaust and flash the 8.3 tune ASAP!

Upgraded to the 70mm pulley today and Bill loaded up his new mapping. The following graph is going from the old mapping to the new, and from 75mm to 70mm.

e85
3" Perrin CBE + 3" Perrin Front Pipe
Intercooler
NO INTAKE (yet)

These numbers are in Dyno Dynamics Comparison mode. Car feels very smooth with the new mapping, especially 1st/2nd

runs were done on a dyno dynamics machine, which reads approximately 12% lower in peak poet then a dynojet dyno. This is adding that 12% for comparison to the industry norm for numbers...

Some dyno's have this mode where it can approximate how it would read on a competing dyno. Sometimes referred to as shootout mode. I tend to avoid those modes. Uncorrected numbers for me..
