So the STI portion cannot be pry out readily? Is it glued on?

I don't plan on this until I finish my STI OEM+ build tho, not even close to 50% yet like some of you guys here lol!

It's probably taped onto the garnish at a couple points and secured with a screw at that one end because there's nothing to tape it to at the part where the STi fin extends past the stock fin.

I wonder what happened to that other dude with the CBS Limited OEM+ build. He should be getting in on this...haha

Ordered my gurney flap finally haha. Took long enough! Still debating if I want The STi pink springs or not. Then yen is at the perfect price right now.

Woot woot!

In my opinion, the STI springs are just bling. Stock suspension is fine, so the only reason to swap is to get low (I recommend Eibach Sportline) or get stiffer (coil-overs). Get sway bars swapped if you want to help your car feel a bit more planted. Also strut bars (like Grimmspeed's) really help.

I noticed the STI brake lines are missing. What's up with that?

The STI pink springs lower the car by 15mm, that would match the CoG of the LFA actually right? lol!

You will noticed that most if not all of the STI limited edition cars are lowered by 15mm as well.

Aren't the STI pink springs progressive? My car rotates differently after install (like the initial turn-in wasn't so clear anymore compare to stock so I got the flexible tower bar to fix that). Now I have the flexible draw stiffeners and the car feels like it gets sucked to the ground a bit when cornering fast. Just missing the trailing and lateral link sets now (pillowball inserts to enable faster/smoother vertical motion).

Yup I noticed they discontinued the brake lines I want to know why too (smells like a recall).

I really want the carbon fiber TRD shark fins, but holy shit, I'm not spending $465 + shipping for them. I with the painted ones came in SSM. =/

Probably same situation. Whomever they were using as a supplier most likely has a materials defect or more serious situation.

You know why it's $400+? It's true carbon fiber, not the CF-overlay fiberglass copies you find on the market.

Plus, TRD had Subaru create a special backing plate just to produce this piece. The backing plate is only found on the TRD fins, both CF/non-CF versions. That's a low-volume/high-cost situation that reflects the price.

The price can be completely justified, but I'm still not paying it for something like replacement side vents.

Yeah the Eibach were what I was leaning towards just to close up the wheel gap a tad. I already have the Cusco bars tower bar for front and rear.
