Aftermarket Steering Wheel for AT Transmission

Hey guys, I have an AT twin and wondering if there have been any word of swapping the oem wheel with something from tokyo drift (Momo or Sparco). The only issue is that I have an automatic and not sure if there will be complications with the paddle shifters as they are connected to the steering wheel. I would want my setup to look something like this of the R35 GTR. Anyone change a steering wheel on an automatic w/ paddle shifters connected to the wheel before?

You can look threw my build thread but yes I removed the stock wheel and you will loose the paddle shifters and cruise, it doesnt efect the manual mode on the shifter, I made a small plate to keep cruise control and im sure you could make a braket and attach it to the hub some how and be able to keep the paddles.

Wow just checked your build thread, doesn't even look like an auto except for the snow/sport settings in the center console. Any reason in particular you didn't keep the paddle shifters? Extra work?

I didnt like the fact that they rotated with the wheel, and how small they are, try getting sideways, counter steering and bump a paddle, instant power loss

You can mount a plate between the hub and quickrelease/wheel, i have drawn a couple ideas just never went further

I thought about modifying a plate and mounting it between the hub and steering colum, to keep the paddles from turning but the paddles would have to be extended to reach the wheel
